About this house rental
In a small place next to the town of Labin, on the slopes of the hill, there is this small detached house for perfect rest and relaxation. It was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2009. Casa Luce (on one floor) is in the traditional Istrian style - built in a rustic design and consists of: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. The ceilings are decorated with decorative wooden beams, which offers a rustic atmosphere. In front of the house there is an open terrace and a covered terrace with a pergola. The pool 7.5mx 3.5m offers a welcome refreshment in the hot summer days. There is also a 'wine wall' with good Istrian wines ... There are also 2 new bicycles available to guests at all times so that they can feel the surroundings.

The house is very special, with lovely details, the pool is perfect, the view magnificent. The silence lets you really relax. Supermarkets and restaurants 10min away by car, beaches 20 min.

Villa Luce was exactly what we hoped for.
The home is warm with all of the modern amenities we come to expect and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Its location was perfect, within a couple of miles of Labin, but more importantly just 1 hour or less by car from the farthest points of interest like must see cities (Rovinj, Porec, Motovun).
The property owner Alen was always reachable and the property manager (Iva) was accessible by text and within a bike ride from the home.
After 38 years of my last visit, it was the best place to catch up from and look forward to doing it again!

The house was exactly big and small enough for me as a single person. Cosy and traditional-build. Quiet surrounding and alnd magnificent view over a part of Istria.

Das Anwesen ist wirklich ein Traum, sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben auch einige Tipps für Ausflugsziele bekommen.
Leider hat uns das Haus nicht so zugesagt. Es waren einige Spinnweben an den Wänden. Auch waren die Schlafräume nicht sehr gemütlich. Die Schränke sind wirklich schon sehr alt und verströmten einen unangenehmen modrigen Geruch. Auch die Betten könnten unserer Meinung nach komfortabler sein. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt, sind aber der Meinung dass auf alle Fälle (was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit) bei dem Preis... Luft nach oben besteht.
