PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The pretty property with 4 apartments in the main building and an annex directly by the sea with a jetty and 6 boat berths (for an additional fee) is located in the tranquil holiday resort of Sukosan on the Zadar Riviera, only approx. 10 km south of the well-known provincial capital in northern Dalmatia.

The two small cottages are built directly next to each other and are connected via an outside staircase. There are ample parking spaces on the long plot and in the well-kept outdoor and garden area there is a beautiful lawn, which borders directly on the sea and is suitable for playing. A large outdoor grill with a sun-protected dining area is also available to the guests of the house. Apartments A1 and A3 are in the smaller annex, while A2 and A4 are in the larger house.

Boat owners in particular should be fascinated by the perfect location directly on the sea with a view of their own boat on the private jetty. The trailer, if available, can be safely parked for a fee on the neighboring property or on the premises of a shipyard nearby. The friendly landlord couple speaks German, Italian and Slovenian. A special feature is certainly the free Internet access (Wi-Fi). In addition, you have the opportunity to wash your laundry free of charge with the landlords. Pets are not allowed. The landlords also offer schnapps, wine and olive oil for sale from their own production.

The popular bathing beach called "Children's Paradise" is only 200 m away. It is a partly pebbly, partly sandy beach with a sandy seabed, and also gently sloping, making it ideal for bathing with smaller children.

On the beach there are several cafes, a pedal boat rental and the like. It is approx. 200 m to the town center. There you will find all other interesting tourist facilities, such as ATMs, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, other restaurants and cafes, a boat harbor and the like.
