Rustic, historical semi-detached house "Itzendorfer Rott", built in 1834, surrounded by meadows and fields. On the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre, in a quiet position, 50 m from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2.5 km, café 100 m, bus stop "Itzendorf Deichstraße" 450 m, railway station "Norddeich Mole" 3.5 km, ferry 3.5 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 2.5 km, tennis 4 km. The holiday house is a rustic, partly thatched farmhouse (under a preservation order) .

Cosy furnishings: open large living/dining room 45 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. 1 room 9 m2 with 1 french bed. 1 room 10 m2 with 2 beds. Kitchenette (oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Without dropped ceiling. The original exposed beams were lovingly restored. Nice view of the countryside and the North Sea dyke.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen aufenthalt.mam ist abgelegen und kann alles trotzdem schnell erreichen. Nur die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer müsste erneuert werden. Wir planen wieder zu kommen.

Die Lage der Kate direkt am Deich bringt Ruhe, vor allem nachts mit sich. Tags hört man ab und zu die Deichschafe, ein gewisses Naturerlebnis, vor allem interessant anzuschauende Tiere. In der Küche ist es eng, vor allem beim Geschirrspülen. Ansonsten ist aber alles vorhanden und funktioniert. Natürlich muss man ab und zu lüften, was Fliegen hereinlockt. Die Jagd nach denen wird durch - gezählt acht - Spinnen aber unterstützt. Wir waren zufrieden und haben auch gut in den Betten geschlafen; das Doppel- und ein Einzelbett sind stabil genug für eine erwachsene Person. Interhome war freundlich und problemlos. Merci

Die Region um Norddeich kann als Hundebesitzer nur als enttäuschend bedingt durch viele Verbotsschilder bezeichnet werden. Selbst schuld, da wir uns im Vorfeld nicht genügend informiert hatten. Ein einziger Hundestrand ist einfach zu wenig, da es ansonsten keine Hundestrände gibt. Total touristisch und überlaufen. Das Haus selbst Baujahr 1834 und denkmalgeschützt. Muffiger Geruch, Sammelsurium an Möbeln, absolut knarzendes Doppelbett selbst bei kleinsten Bewegungen, veraltete Küche, Digitalfern
