We were traveling with a group of friends and stayed 6 nights in two of the three rooms. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were comfortable. Each bedroom has AC.
The common areas like the bathroom and the kitchen are cleaned every day.
You can get to the house from the center by ferry and then tram or bus, or you can take the tram to Pragal, which is the nearest train station. An Uber/Bolt will cost you around 10-13 Euros to the city center directly from the house and it usually takes max 5 minutes for the Uber/Bolt to arrive.
All in all it was a good experience and I can recommend it.

the AC was not working ,very cold in the room. Also humidity
