Place was very ok, except the surprise about “extra payment “

It was quiet spot during our way back to airport

It was VERY CONFUSING when the host wanted extra money for bed lining and towels. Then it’s not the same price what showed on booking.

The location was very good for touring around the area, which was the main reason for selecting this property as I was visiting for the 75th anniversary of D-Day. The property is within walking distance of the centre of Cabourg. The owner met us on arrival and gave us the keys and explained all the facilities in the apartment. The property has an underground private car parking space. Overall, I was very please with my stay at this property.

Je recommande s’il y a plus d’hygiène et un meilleur contacte et plus de lumière dans le hall niveau parking extérieur

Le super calme, magnifique Emplacement de parking de voiture à l’intérieur ( plutôt rassurant) même si on a eu du mal à le trouver, - température ambiante plutôt correcte

Le soir pour rentrer, on a dû allumer la lampe de notre téléphone tellement il fait noir peureux entre le parking et la porte de l’immeuble ma conjointe n’était pas du tout rassurée, La poubelle dans l’appartement n’était vraiment propre, il y avait le sac-poubelle sur la saleté du seau, donc sac-poubelle qui cache le manque d’hygiène Niveau salle de bain : 1- il y avait des cheveux énorme dans l’égout, dégoûtant, 2- l’évier coule d’eau quand on l’utilise Chambre à coucher : 1- le sommier était remplie de poussière, À la fin de mon séjour, j’ai envoyé un sms à la personne personne qui gère pour l’informer de notre départ et de l’état général dans lesquel j’ai laissé l’appartement ((aussi rangé que ce que j’avais trouvé)) en espérant avoir une confirmation de sa part mais VRAIMENT DOMMAGE , il a n’a donné aucun signe de vie, (( regrettable))

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Lage und Größe des Appartements waren angenehm, ein Herd und ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert.

Sauberkeit und Zustand der Wohnung waren ungenügend, z.B. viele Tierhaare. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war verstopft und die Toilettenspülung lief teilweise weiter. Man war selbst für die Endreinigung verantwortlich und mußte Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen.

Cette réservation de dernière minute a pu être faite rapidement. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence ancienne mais soignée. Le bord de mer n'est pas trop loin. Notre arrivée a été autonome grâce aux indications données. Le garage en sous sol est un +

Quelques détails doivent être revus dans l'appartement : nettoyage à fond de l'intérieur de la douche - réglage de la porte d'entrée / nous sommes obligés de la claquer pour la fermer - étagère sous TV à enlever ou à remixer - réglage d'une porte de la cuisine. Ce sont juste de petits détails...qui sont importants pour l'occupant. Nous aurions également apprécié d'avoir quelques indications sur la proximité d'une boulangerie, des commerces.

Idéalement situé

Emplacement au top, proche du centre et de l'espace AquaDiva pour une soirée d'hiver à l'espace bien être. Logement coresspondant aux photos. Fonctionnel , joli. Explications très claires pour y accéder. Attention à bien lire l'annonce ( draps et ménages en option, ce n’est pas fréquent sur ce site )

Besoin d'un petit entretien pour de menus travaux ( étagère à fixer, porte à raboter).

Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Mooie locatie . Ideaal auto had een plaatsje in de ondergrondse parking . Wasmachine ook een pluspunt. Nabije supermarkten , en de zee op wandelafstand.

De keramische kookplaat deed niet altijd zijn ding, misschien omdat we het niet gewend zijn zo te koken jammer. De hoge stoelen zijn niet zo praktisch.

Proche du centre ville. Appartement fonctionnel pour 3 personnes max. Résidence calme Cabourg est une très belle ville et nous avons pu dîner dans plusieurs restaurants malgré la présence de notre golden

Panne de cafetière malgré l’intervention rapide du gestionnaire pour la détartrer impossible de la faire fonctionner.
