It was beautifully decorated, set in the midlands and the food was excellent. The chef catered to our special requirements and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was attention to every bit of detail. We enjoyed playing with the horses.

the staff were warm and welcoming. Special mention to Vuyi greeted us at arrival with exceptional hospitality.
Dinner took longer than we expected, and our drinks had to be returned, however staff handled these issues.

A real sensory overload with stunning gardens, simply beautiful decor and superb cuisine.
Extra hooks in the bathroom would be nice. Wine list did not include local affordable choices.

Beautiful venue, comfortable garden unit, food was good to great. The location is good, pity about the very poor roads in the vicinity. The horses are beautiful.
This is a 5-start venue, however the service and communication was 1-2 star, everyone from management to staff should go to hotel school to learn what 5-star means.
