le logement est très spacieux, magnifiquement décoré, très lumineux, au calme. Il dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Il y a même quelques boissons dans le régriférateur pour se désaltérer dès son arrivée ! Le wifi fonctionne bien. Mike, le gestionnaire, est très accessible, réactif et gentil. Très facile de stationner dans la rue. Il y a un grand supermarché (Kaufland) au bout de la rue.
Pas d'ascenseur et pas de climatisation. ça ne nous a pas dérangé, mais ça pourrait être utile à certains.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war bestens, der Vermieter sehr nett und stets erreichbar. Alles bestens. Die Lage ist mitten in Ruhrort, was heisst: Berlin kann jeder, Duisburg muss man wollen ;-) Der Kaffee 100 m weiter anner Bude war einer der besten ever, der ÖPNV liegt gleich umme Ecke, das Leben beginnt direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Weg zum Hafen war auch für mich durchaus gangbar (und das heisst schon was). Es gibt noch eine ganze Menge Positives aber die Pflicht ruft wieder. Leider.
Ein kleines Balkönchen wäre die Mayo auffen Pommes gewesen aber passt schon so. Hier und da ein paar kleine Akzente mit dezentem MSV-Bezug wären auch fantastisch aber auch das ist im Grunde durchaus kein Mangel, der irgendwie ins Gewicht fallen würde.

Tichá lokalita, pán (predpokladám majiteľ) bol veľmi príjemný. Dal nám aj tip na podujatia v okolí. V izbe sa nachádzal aj adresár reštaurácii, krčiem a kaviarní s otváracími hodinami. Izba skutočne výnimočne pekná, kuchyňa ideálna a kúpeľňa pekná a čistá. Nemám čo vytknúť.
