About this apartment rental

Nice renovation of a large apartment (110 m²) in the old one. Ideally located in the old cronenbourg, St Florent district, it is 20 meters from the bus stop (Mathieu Zell), 600m from the St Florent tram station and 2 stations from the central station and the city center. Close to local shops, it offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay in Alsace and would be ideal for families or business travelers. Free parking in the neighborhood.

This is a wonderful property. Spacious, clean, amply furnished, beautiful. Location is close to bus stop and near metro. Local boulangeries, markets and restaurants close by. Quiet. Only issue is the listing stated the property has a washer / dryer but it does not have them. We had a pleasant enjoyable stay here. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The gite was comfortable and spacious for our party. We bought a pass for the trams for easy access to the sights of the city. The tram stop is just a short walk away and usually there was just a few minutes wait. The gite had everything we needed for a self contained stay, including cot and high chair which were welcome. The hosts were great.

We toured the Christmas Markets. The gite was very nice, clean, and enjoyable. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. They were very thoughtful to provide rechargeable team passes for us.

Nice spacious property with air conditioning in part of the apartment which was really nice considering the high temperatures this summer. Good location within walking distance of the tram, bakeries and shops. Be mindful that one bedroom is located in the lower level off the sunroom so that guest will have to walk trough another bedroom to access the main floor and bathroom. Laundry facilities in the basement are available and hosts are very helpful. Overall a nice property.

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the tram that goes directly to the rail station or to Germany. Several restaurants and grocers nearby. Excellent facilities, comfortable beds and furniture, and the hosts were very accessible and helpful. It proved a fine home base for a month visiting France, Germany, and Switzerland.

Propreté et confort du gîte au top. Le gîte est agréable et bien équipé. La véranda est très plaisante. Bien situé en proximité du centre avec un accès direct par le tramway. Et nous avons beaucoup apprécié accueil.

Wir haben zu viert vier sehr schöne Tage in Strassburg verbracht. Die Vermieter haben uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben, und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gab es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt) und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit der Tram in der Innenstadt. Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Le logement spacieux est très confortable et chaleureux dans un joli quartier périphérique mais facile d’accès par les transports publics. Un bémol : le descriptif du logement ne fait pas état d’une chambre traversante pour accéder à la 3ème chambre, située au sous-sol. NB : le logement ne dispose que d’une salle d’eau et d’un seul wc.

Straßburg ist immer eine Reise wert und wenn man dabei schön, gemütlich und verkehrsgünstig wohnen möchte, liegt man mit dieser großzügigen Ferienwohnung genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Straßburg-Trip nach keiner anderen Unterkunft suchen. Sehr nettes Vermieter-Ehepaar. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt inmitten der wunderschönen Stadt Strasburg. Die Wohnung war traumhaft - mit viel Geschmack und Liebe und allen Annehmlichkeiten eingerichtet und ausgestattet. In die Innenstadt gelangt man mit der Tram in wenigen Minuten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Zum Zentrum gelangt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ganz unkompliziert und schnell. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Sie sprechen deutsch, was uns die Verständigung erleichterte. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten!

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem "Altbau" und ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert worden . Die Farben sind toll aufeinander abgestimmt, die Räume sind hell, gute Betten, Wohn- und Esszimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist klasse und es ist auch gut, dass die Toilette in einem separaten Raum ist. Es hat alles gepasst!
