About this apartment rental
The Miramar apartment is situated right on the Armação de Pera promenade. This apartment is on the 10th floor and offers sea views. You can expect elegant furnishings and a sophisticated atmosphere.
You’ll enjoy beautiful sea views from your balcony, living room, kitchen and bedroom. From your balcony, you can enjoy the Algarve’s stunning sunrises and sunsets.
This apartment is superbly equipped and features satellite TV (all free German-language channels), MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, with some series and films available in the original English), air-conditioning in all rooms and high-speed fibre-optic internet.
A parking space in the garage is also available for your use.
The flat comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
Please note that a new 4-storey building is being constructed opposite the flat, so there may be construction noise during the day. We have therefore reduced the prices by 20%.
The flat is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults.
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. You simply need to cross the promenade and, just 40 metres away, you’ll reach the expansive sandy beach and the unique little coves of Armação de Pera.

We especially enjoyed the view! This apartment is close to everything we needed, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, boardwalk and across the street from the beach. We loved this apartment and would rent it again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights, end of March.The apartment was very clean, kitchen was extremely well stacked with all you need for cooking. From the apartment, you can walk to all the restaurants and the grocery stores. What was the most amazing about the apartment, were the views! Thank you for a great stay!

Situated at the edge of the main Armacao de Pera promenade, its shops, restaurants and cafes, this 10th floor apartment offers a spectacular view over the sea. The apartment is modern in design and is very well equipped with very comfortable sleeping facilities and furniture. The managers, Alexander and Karin were so approachable, welcoming and helpful in making our stay the best weve had in a while, helping out particularly with our travel arrangements.
