About this apartment rental
Directly on the famous beach road, only 150 m from the pier and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is the modern 2-room attic apartment for up to 4 people in the Mecklenburg house, which is oriented to the quiet west side. From the spacious west balcony you have a wonderful wide and side sea view.
The central location near the beach is an ideal starting point for numerous activities and excursions during your vacation in Kühlungsborn. First-class shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants can be found in front of the door on the beach road running to the pier.
Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows in both rooms and the window areas reaching up to the roof (up to 4 m high), the apartment is very bright and friendly.
The spacious living room with integrated dining area offers the possibility of an additional bed with its new large leather sofa bed with express bed function (with mattress). 48 inch flat-screen cable TV, Blu-ray / DVD player (and many BluRay's and DVD's), stereo, free WiFi and free telephone (landline) offer the comfort you are used to at home. The gallery above the living room (total approx. 8 m²) offers an ideal retreat for children and young people.
From the living room you have access to the large, furnished, west-facing balcony (with a beach chair), which offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a large wardrobe. It also offers enough space for an deliverable baby bed (available).
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine and plenty of dishes.
The modern daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower enclosure also invites you to relax. The allergy-friendly apartment is complete with underfloor heating, laminate flooring or Tiles (in the bathroom and kitchen).
An allocated parking space is available in the spacious, in-house underground car park. Two storage rooms for prams and bicycles, as well as a washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit der integrierten Küche praktisch. Das Schlafzimmer lag ruhig im Innenhof, die Matratzen waren rückenfreundlich. Bäcker, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, in 3 Minuten ist man an der Seebrücke.

Vorschlag: Vielleicht kann im Inserat noch mitgeteilt werden, das es keinen Aufzug gibt. Wir waren in Whg 23 und das war eine Herausforderung mit Gepäck im betagten Alter😀.
Trotzdem haben wir nichts zu beanstanden

Die geänderte Verkehrsführung in der Strandstraße hätte besser kommuniziert werden müssen. Das Ferienobjekt hat keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung als solches ist gut eingerichtet. Das Bett mit guten Matratzen bestückt. Der Wohn - Küchenbereich ist auch gut eingerichtet. Lediglich das Badezimmer benötigt mal demnächst eine Aufhübschung. Der völlig verkalkte Duschkopf muss nicht sein! Ein Kosmetikspiegel wäre auch ein Plus! Für die zuständige Appartementpflegerin vergeben wir nur 3 Sterne, da lagen noch ein paar Tote unter dem Sidebord im Wohnzimmer.

Wir haben uns die Wohnung auf Grund der sehr guten Lage ausgesucht. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach. OHNE Fahrstuhl. Das ist mit Gepäck und kleinem Vorrat an Lebensmitteln schon eine Herausforderung und sollte vielleicht im Inserat vermerkt werden (vielleicht habe ich es auch überlesen) Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr hübsch geschnitten. Aber auch zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sessel sind sehr durchgelesen. Die Auflagen der Balkonstühle passen nicht. Die Aussicht ist nicht schön. Aber da kann man drüber hinweg sehen, weil es nicht weit bis zum Strand ist. Was mich aber erheblich gestört hat ist sie fehlende Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Ganz besonders im Bad. Es gibt keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne mit einer sehr ekligen Duschabtrennung. Es gibt eine Handtuchheizung die nicht nur NICHT funktioniert hat, sondern auch noch dreckig war. Die Lüftungslamellen in der Tür waren dick mit Staub bedeckt. Auch die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche war dreckig. Wir haben vor der ersten Benutzung des Geschirrs erst mal abgewaschen.
Es gab aber auch eine große Anzahl an DVD, Bücher und Zeitschriftn. Welche genau, kann ich nicht sagen weil wir es nicht genutzt haben. Der Fernseher ist recht groß und für eine Ferienwohnung optimal. Das Haus bzw Wohnung scheint auch sehr gut geräuschisoliert zu sein. Es war immer sehr still. Die Tiefgarade und der Stellplatz sind eine eine Herausforderung. Wir waren mit einem Mercedes CKlasse da. An jedem Seitenspiegel max 15 cm Platz. Beim rausfahren muss man um einen Pfeiler Zirkeln. Und wir sind geübte Autofahrer. Das sind nicht alle, wie man an den Wänden sehen kann.
Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Betten sind eine Wucht. Wenn die Wohnung sauberer gewesen wäre hätte wir erheblich mehr Sterne gegeben.
