About this apartment rental
Welcome to the apartment "Elizabeth", welcome to the beautiful Chiemgau.
Our tasteful and comfortable apartment, 60 square meters, has 1 bedroom with hypoallergenic mattresses, 1 living room with large comfy corner couch and a fireplace for cooler evenings, a flat-screen TV / DVD and a stereo system, cable and wireless.
They have a separate kitchen with a dining area, equipped with common spices, vinegar, oil, detergent, paper towels and dish cloths.
The bathroom is u with tub / shower. Windows, hand-u. Bath towels, hair dryer, Kleenex, soap are available, as well as the bedding. You have a small storage room and your own lockable bike room for your brought bikes, you are welcome to use our rental bikes for free. You park your car directly at the house.
Please understand that our apartment is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The apartment is on the first OG (light attic) above a garage, accessible via a private staircase with subsequent balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun. Our house is quiet and centrally located in a side street, just a short walk into the town center, the nearest beer garden, to the bakery or the magnificent beach at the Hartsee, (one of 17Seen the Eggstätter Lakeland), an ideal starting point for hiking or biking.
Explore the Chiemsee with its picturesque islands, climb our Chiemgau mountains, visit the medieval old town of Wasserburg am Inn, embark on the "Traces of the Rosenheim Cops" or just relax on the sunbed in the garden.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die Familie Scheck ist sehr freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wie man sie eigentlich niemals angeboten bekommt. Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet und bis ins Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts! Man merkt, daß Familie Scheck den Gast wirklich schätzt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail alle Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub geschaffen hat. Alles ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand und blitzsauber. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß. Trotzdem heizt sich die Wohnung nicht auf und bleibt kühl. Abends kann man auf dem Balkon essen oder etwas trinken. Die Markise schützt vor zu starker Sonne, die Ruhe (absolut kein Verkehrslärm) wird nur durch Vogelgezwitscher "unterbrochen". In nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hartsee und ein Abend auf der Terrasse des Hartseestüberl (Achtung Küche schließt um 20 Uhr) ist sehr entspannend. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Highlights des Chiemsees müssen hier nicht weiter aufgezählt werden. In der Wohnung findet man sehr viele Anregungen für Unternehmungen. Noch eine Empfehlung: Das Seehäusl in Gollenshausen ist in nur wenigen Autominuten erreicht und bietet leckere Gerichte bei einem tollen Ausblick auf den Chiemsee. Vielen Dank Frau Scheck für einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen überhaupt. Es ist alles da was man braucht es fehlt an nichts. Die Familie Scheck ist super nett. Alles mit Liebe eingerichtet und total sauber. Jederzeit wieder und vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit.
