This cozy and well-maintained bungalow is located on a shared lot. Low ceiling height on the sleeping loft, which is reached via a ladder.
Wolgast, the northern gateway to the island of Usedom, attracts with the Runge House and a city museum. There is also a zoo in Wolgast, and if you want to see Usedom from above, you can climb the tower of St. Peter's Church. From up there, the beautiful panorama extends all the way to the Hanseatic and university city of Greifswald.

Ein kleines, niedliches Häuschen mitten im Grünen.
Das Häuschen selbst ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, wobei man die Geräusche von Ziervögel in unmittelbarer Nähe (Voliere etwa keine 8 Meter entfernt) mögen sollte. Geeignet für 2 Personen, zu viert, also 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder noch möglich. (2 Matratzen unterm Dach.) Im Bad (Dusche und Toilette) ist der Fußboden etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Tür zwischen Küche und Bad ist eher nicht mehr vorhanden, will sagen, fällt auseinander. Die Elektrik und die Möbel haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, es ist dringend renovierungsbedarf!
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Die Strom-Pauschale für eine Woche fand ich allerdings etwas hoch angesetzt.
Alles in allem würde ich sagen, dass das Objekt eine schöne Lage hat, aber dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden müsste.
Aber wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns dafür.
