About this apartment rental
Well furnished apartment complete with all comforts, unique environment with living / sleeping area with comfortable double bed, large kitchen area complete with all appliances, refined bathroom with local ceramic tiles, wifi, air conditioning. Large terrace with sun chairs, table with chairs, spectacular views of the coast and the sea, relaxation area with armchairs and barbecue and outdoor shower. Free free parking a few meters away. The apartment is ideally located to reach the most beautiful places in the region., Distant beaches about 10 min walk, shops and restaurants a 10-minute walk away.

As you can see in the pictures, the view from the balcony is just incredible, even better in person! We loved having coffee every morning looking down at the gorgeous view and the same every night.
We used this apartment as a base to go to Amalfi and Positano and couple of times each and it was very easy to get the bus for very cheap with a 10-15 minute walk. There are a lot of stairs and uphill/downhill walks, but you cannot escape that if you visit the area.
The town of Conca has awesome restaurants that are delicious, incredible views and very very cheap, compared to Amalfi and Positano, maybe half the cost! I recommend eating at any of the restaurants in Conca!
The last, and most important part of this review, is that I need to stress what an incredible help Raffaele is! He is very quick to respond to any and all questions you have through WhatsApp. I had SO many questions for him, even before we arrived. He booked transfers to and from Naples airport, boat rentals (highly recommend if you go there), taxis, bus schedules... anything! He responds very quickly and is very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area for any question we had. I cannot say enough good things about him as you will read in other reviews.

First, the host Raffaele was very gracious & helpful. The studio apartment is clean & modern in a cluster of houses on the edge of the hill just below the small piazza with fountain & parking. The terrace of the flat is huge, covered & open air, with tables & chairs, chaise lounges & couch, outdoor kitchen & outdoor shower, and most importantly, a spectacular view towards Amalfi. Unless I was sleeping or bathing, I was on that terrace anytime I was at the apartment. The location is perfect, in a nice village on a cape with easy access to the busy tourist towns south & north along the coast. I took day trips each day, then returned “home” to my lovely view of the sea. On my last day I walked in the area & enjoyed the relative lack of tourists & traffic, appreciating the lemon & olive groves. There are local restaurants & a grocery nearby. I would love to return there, & will recommend to my friends!

We just spend 5 nights in lovely Conca dei Marini, a peaceful and friendly place at the otherwise crowded and sometimes exhausting Amalfi coast. The apartment is tiny but the terrace is very large, has different areas for all types of weather. We could even sit outside in a roofed corner while it was raining. The view is simply spectacular, because you are sitting on a ledge overviewing a long part of the coastline. Amazing! And equally amazing was our host Raffaele. Always friendly and helpful he picked us up at the bus stop, organized transport immediately when we needed it and even drove us to the ferry in Amalfi after checkout. Thank you very much again!
