On more than 75m ² of living space, a sunny terrace and a small garden, this semi-detached house also offers the slightly larger family plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.
The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished. A spacious living room with about 30m ² invites you to cozy evenings with the whole family at the stove. A music system incl. Bluetooth connection and TV are also available. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can also cook relaxed.
In the house there are 2 beautiful large bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds).
In the attic is another small bedroom with 2 beds. Over a small, steeper "ladder" the children will find their "own realm" there (maximum headroom approx. 1.50 m). Also, the total of 2 bathrooms are spacious and each equipped with a floor-level shower.
The light-flooded living room has direct access to the approx. 12m² terrace.
The terrace and the sunny garden invite you to play, read, grill, relax or enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house and the island of Usedom leave nothing to be desired even for athletic enthusiasts.
A parking space is located directly in front of the property.

Für uns war es ein super schöner Urlaub auf Usedom. Alle meine Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und halfen wo es ging . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder . Ein Insekten Schutz an der Terrassentür wäre super . Ganz liebe Grüße

Der Aufenthalt war super, wir hatten einen schattenspendenden Baum im Garten, bzw. an der Terrasse. Jeden Tag mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, weil es schön flach einhergeht.
