Lovely studio apartment in a private residence with parking, nestled in the pine forest of Calvì. In just 3 minutes walk, through the fresh pine forest, you reach the white sandy bay of the bay. The center of the citadel, with its historical center, its restaurants and its bars, is about 2 km and a half, but you can reach in about thirty minutes along the pedestrian walkway that crosses the entire beach of the bay. You can reach the other beautiful beaches of the Balagne region also with the little train that, always next to the coast, can take you to the beautiful town of Ile Rousse.
The accommodation, just renovated and modernized, has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet, entrance with bunk bed. Equipped with all the comforts. Private parking space.

Monolocale inserito in un tranquillissimo residence, situato in posizione strategica ad una manciata di minuti di auto dal centro di Calvi e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Perfetto come da descrizione, in ordine, pulito e con tutte le attrezzature necessarie a disposizione - per quanto riguarda la cucina non ci è mancato nulla, la dotazione di base come sale, caffè, ecc è presente. Il giardino è una chicca irrinunciabile, per una colazione od un aperitivo in relax. Daniela è estremamente disponibile e fornisce utili informazioni per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Per due persone è l'ideale, consigliato!!

monolocale carino e molto bene attrezzato, in zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. il mare è letteralmente a due passi - si accede attraversando una pineta - e la spiaggia è bellissima. ottimo posto dove trascorrere una vacanza a calvi!

Ci torniamo!!!!!!!!Bellissima casa con giardino indipendente arredata e molto confortevole, Abbiamo passato delle bellissime vacanze, la zona è tranquilla, è vicino al mare ed è situata a pochissimi minuti dal bellissimo centro . Noi torniamo sicuramente.

Casa molto carina e pulita in posizione ottimale,vicino al mare ed alla passeggiata in legno che porta al centro di Calvi.
Supermercati e spiagge bellissime nelle vicinanze .
Immersa nella pineta e nella tranquillità ed nello stesso tempo vicina al centro ( pochi min in macchina,20 min a piedi).
