The advantage of the property is its very good location, very close to the beach, a large terrace, and proximity to shops.
The apartment is quite old-fashioned and not perfectly clean. In my opinion, a thorough cleaning would be necessary, because when we arrived, the first thing we did was go to the store, buy cleaning supplies, and clean the place ourselves. Another downside was that the terrace furniture was very dirty, so we also had to clean the terrace. A further drawback is that there are additional charges for everything — such as towels, internet, TV, bed linen, etc
