The apartment is wonderful! A dream home in a dream island. Great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Every detail in the house was carefully thought and prepared. There were water, coffee, toats, and eggs from the landlady farm. The island is a paradise, and the apartment is cool and pretty. Everything worked smoothly, and the hostess was very helpful, nice, and easy to communicate. I strongly recommend Niki's place, and I hope to come back in the future.

Από τα πιο άρτια εξοπλισμένα καταλύματα που έχουμε μείνει ποτέ! Και πολύ όμορφο επίσης! Οι ιδιοκτήτες πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και άμεσοι στην επικοινωνία.

Εντάξει...έχει λίγο περπάτημα από το πάρκινγκ...εντάξει, έχει λίγη ώρα περπάτημα με σκαλιά μέχρι την κεντρική πλατεία της Ιουλίδας ..αλλά οκ...ας μην γελιόμαστε...στη Χώρα ελληνικού νησιού βρισκόμαστε! Η τοποθεσία απλώς ενισχύει την αυθεντικότητα της εμπειρίας!!! Μας άρεσε πολύ!!

Very clean apartment although small. A bit tiring to reach fue to the location. The manager id very efficient and helpful.

To get in and out it is a bit heavy due to slopes.

Persephone is a unique and peaceful property in the middle of a very impressive town set on a steep hillside with a comfortable kitchen/sitting room - apart from a low light light that I kept hitting! The hosts were extremely kind and friendly - even after a mix up when we missed a rendezvous with the mother so she could show us the way to the property which is very hard to find down steep alleyways.

Firstly it should be stressed that one needs to be reasonably fit to stay here since a fair amount of steep walking is involved during a stay. As far as the property itself is concerned the main drawback we found was the bedroom which was so small that there was no room in it for anything but the bed. The person on the far side from the door had to climb over their partner to get out! I suppose one thing I would recommend is for a rope to be put alongside the steep and exposed steps leading down to the alleyway.
