Includes a Boat Dock and lift, Boat Ramp and screened in fish cleaning table. Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath, Separate living room area with fireplace and air hockey table for the kids. Hugh Screened front porch for relaxing after a long day fishing or Beaching. Excellent fresh water fishing from the dock or if you want to travel to the Gulf from here is just a 30 minute ride. Leave you boat on the lift for more fishing tomorrow. Beautiful Kitchen well equipped to prepare you fresh catch. Large Master Bedroom with King Bed, sunken tub with jets and large separate shower. This home is located about 3 miles down Mill Road which just got paved, Tates Hell Forrest is just across the River. Beautiful and very spacious home and a beautiful river view from the dining room. I appreciated the large screened porch in the evenings b/c of the bugs. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. The pictures had a grill on the porch but there was no grill. The mattresses are due to be replaced, they cave in and you can feel the springs on the twin bunk beds. One thing to note, you have to enter the queen bed room to get to the bunk bed room. The 2nd bath is in the bunk bed room so you have to go through the queen room and bunk bed room to get to the bathroom. We made it work but just depends on your guests. There is a powder room off the kitchen so that worked. Overall, great stay!

Stayed there while hunting Tates Hell. Very nice place would have loved to have booked it for next year but it was already booked.
