About this apartment rental

2 room apartment on the top floor of a family house in a quiet residential area on the outskirts. The living area of the apartment is 47sqm. There is a private parking space on the property. In addition, there are sufficient parking spaces in the residential area.

The apartment is fully equipped and can be used from 1 to max. Designed for 2 people. There is a bed for two people (double bed). Separate sleeping options are unfortunately not available.

The 2-room apartment is located in the village of Nenndorf, which forms the municipality of Rosengarten with other localities. In terms of infrastructure, it is the main town of the municipality. Here you will find everything you need for everyday organization within walking distance. In addition to a local supply center (grocery store, discount grocery store, drugstore, drinks, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, shoe and clothing stores) you will find a bakery with a café, an ice cream parlor, other restaurants and banks on site.

Rosengarten is very well located in terms of transport. You have access to the public transport system of the city of Hamburg (HVV = Hamburger Verkehrsverbund) and can take the bus directly from Nenndorf to Hamburg and Buchholz. Via the village of Klecken you have access to regional rail traffic (metronome / route RB41 Hamburg-Bremen).

In addition, you will be on the A1 and A7 motorways in no time. You can reach a junction of the BAB 1 by car within 5 minutes (approx. 2.5 km). A junction of the BAB 7 can be reached in 8 minutes (approx. 6.5 km). You reach the port of Hamburg in about 16 minutes (distance about 19 km).

The 2-room apartment itself is located in a low-traffic residential area on the outskirts of the village. From the living room you have an unobstructed and beautiful view of the surrounding fields. You have your own parking space on the property, in addition there is sufficient parking space in the residential area.

Mutual respect for all residents of the house is paramount. The apartment is generally not suitable for fitters and / or craftsmen on assembly. Such requests must be made completely and truthfully beforehand. Booking partner and guest must be identical (bookings for and brokerage by third parties will not be accepted and will be canceled if known).
