The holiday house Abete is situated in green with sea view, quite, ca. 150 m distance to sea. It has 3 flats, each of them has his own garden space for outdoor dining.

It is located on a piece of land connecting the mainland to Monte Argentario, a wonderful green paradise.

The flat is in 1.th floor, ca. 100qm – large living with fireplace, separate kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single one. 1 bath with tube, 1 with shower. Sea view to the lagoon and Monte Argentario.

The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Final Cleaning, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
