The beautifully renovated house offers the perfect place for a relaxing and sunny vacation. The house stands on a 900m2 sun lot. The house has two pretty bedrooms with new mattresses.
In the living / dining room you will find new furniture with sofas, TV-Sat system with the usual channels in German, a modern CD radio, book corner, a high-quality fireplace and dining table for 4-5 people.
The bathroom has a nice large shower, mirror cabinet, shelf and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric cooker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and NEW, from 2019 with dishwasher and washing machine.
The 28sqm south-facing sun terrace is equipped with a beautiful seating area, a parasol and a cozy lounge area. In addition, 4 deck chairs are available.
Enjoy the fireplace on cozy autumn days or the grill in the garden. There is enough space for badminton.
The community pool with lawn and barbecue area is only 400 meters away.
The mixed forest begins 30 meters behind the house and is ideal for walks or mountain biking. You may also collect fresh blueberries or mushrooms ...
In 10 minutes you will find a summer toboggan run, bungee, a ziplin and the famous bike park Vallåsen. Here you can also rent downhill bikes and accessories for your exciting descent.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus, in einer kleinen Gemeinschaft im Wald. Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Orte wie Malmö, Helsingborg und Göteborg zu besichtigen. Etwa 30 Minuten bis zum Meer. Lebensmittel kann man in etwa 6km Entfernung einkaufen. Für uns war es ein sehr interessanter und zugleich ruhiger Urlaub und definitiv nicht der letzte in Schweden.

Wer Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben... Wir durften im Mai, zwei Wochen, einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Schweden erleben.Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht,es ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Die wunderschöne große Terrasse lädt zum relaxen ein. Alles machte ein sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Auch hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem schnuckeligen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr gemütlich und behaglich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zauberhaft und die Räume sind sonnendurchflutet. Das Häuschen ist zudem sehr praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht, auch mit Kleinkind klasse!
Auch an kühleren Tagen und Regentagen bietet das Häuschen ein Plätzchen zum Wohlfühlen am Ofen.
Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Umgebung ist ruhig. In klaren Nächten konnten wir den wunderschönen Sternenhimmel sehen.
Drum herum ist viel Natur, die nachbarschaftlichen Häuser ebenfalls hübsch und angenehm.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar und auch viele tolle Ausflugsziele.

Objekt liegt ruhig gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Waldes.
Ferienhaus erfüllt seinen Zweck, gute Erhohlungsmöglichkeit.
Grundausstattung könnte angepasst werden, z.B. :
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine prima.
