We pretend that you are at home. The apartment has the necessary equipment for its use: hand and kitchen soap, towels, linens; crockery and cooking utensils, fridge, hob, oven, washing machine; television and wifi.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building. The main entrance of the building, the stairs and the lift are common areas. The floor is at your entire disposal.
It is in the center of the city and the area is quiet. With all services nearby: pharmacy, gas station, supermarket, shopping center and pedestrian shopping areas, taxi rank, bus station (bus) ....
From here you can move on foot through the city, since the apartment located in the center of the city, has all the services one way or the other. At about 500 m, the sea: entertainment area, restaurants and cinemas of Charco de San Ginés, port and La Marina shopping center; or the beautiful white sand beach called "El Reducto". The capital is located in the center of the island, so from here you can move without great distances to visit it.
Also the interchange or bus station (here we call them guaguas) is two steps away, so if you do not have a car you can use public transport with ease to move around the island. You will not make large trips to visit its beautiful corners and charms because the capital is on the coast, but in the center of the island. If you have a car during your stay, parking is always available in the area.
