Stunning 3-bedroom apartment with garden and pool in the quietest area of Praia d'el Rey. Perfect for families with children. Surrounded by gardens, far from the main road and next to the pool. You have direct views of the pool from the house's interior. Plenty of outdoor space where children can play.
Fully equipped house with toys, gaming console, puzzles, etc also available. Everything you need for the most amazing holidays!

- Cable TV (with several international channels - 70 in total) and free high-speed wireless internet throughout the entire house.
- 1 suite with terrace, with a LED TV and king-size bed.
- 2 double bedrooms
- 2 complete bathrooms
- Living/dining room with terrace, 43'' LED TV, DVD player, Playstation, radio and CD player
- Bed linen and towels included (1 set/person/week)
- Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. It has a washing/drying machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, stove, mixer, toaster, several pans and pots, electric kettle, kitchen tools, etc.
- Condominium pool with sun chairs
- Outdoor dinner table and chairs
- 15min walking from the beach and the Marriott Hotel
- 10min walking from the Clubhouse (golf club, stores, bar, restaurant)
- 5min walking from the tennis club
***Security Deposit € 200 (to be paid to the homeowner either in cash during the check-in or through PayPal/wire transfer 1 week before your arrival). The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days after departure, provided there is no loss or damage to the property.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property

Nous avons loué ce logement durant 1 semaine. Nous étions 2 couples avec enfants, tout y est approprié.
Très propre, confortable, le logement est idéalement situé par rapport à la piscine.
La résidence est très calme et le Praia del Rey est très jolie !
Si l'occasion nous le donne nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!
Sergio répond à toutes nos questions rapidement et se préoccupe de notre bien être.
