Perfect location. Ideal for old town plenty of restraunts and bars and about 20 mins walk to 525 with all amenities.Great market around the corner from property on a Tuesday. Beach front walk way flat so can walk/ cycle with no problem, also well lit of a night.

Wow, I couldn't believe my luck to have stumbled across this property, it has been renovated to an extremely high standard, even the appliances are high end. The location on the seafront is ideal, I was in the sea every day and at night we didnt have far to walk to bars and restaurants. There were two bikes available to use as well which was another bonus.The beds were so comfortable, I can honestly say that this is the best sofa bed I have ever slept on. This apartment is a showstopper, we lit the beautiful lights up each night and watched peoples reaction as they walked by- some even stopped to ask how much it cost. I am hoping to be able to return here very shortly. The photos show the view of the sun rising across the Mar Menir from the patio, dont miss it.

This property is ideal for two people. We stayed in January but found the heating system lacking therefore we would class it as a late spring, summer rental. Having said that it is near shops and restaurants and to walk out on the sea front is idyllic.

Just the location we wanted but it was damp, things like bed support broken, catch on rear door not aligned so not useable, kitchen tap turned on but only able to turn it off with difficulty. A lot of things in the property were affected by damp including under beds etc. The strange configuration of the property, three adjacent bedrooms with interconnecting openings in the walls with pull down shutters, is awkward when sharing with other couples especially when weather is hot. There is no air conditioning and the free standing fans did not go close to keeping cool. In fairness the management company dealt with the water issue very promptly.
