Under 200m literally to start of the beach Seaside and lakeside view, 4th floor quiet for the area Blinds (electric), insect net, large balcony Fully fitted apartment, for 6 days did not feel anything was missing Parking - excellent, could fit with my Thule box, i think it can go up to 2.5m in total which is great
