The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. The resort has everything you need for a relaxing escape from the city! Perfect for families with kids thanks to the huge swimming pool, and for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet in the lake villas. There are also plenty of free activities to enjoy. Highly recommend staying for at least 2 nights to fully experience everything the resort has to offer! 🌿✨

Great location and resort. Staff amazingly friendly and attentive.
Very slippery steps to rooms in the wet weather. Although staff were doing their best to keep them clear they were very slippery and I slipped over causing injury to my back and leg.
Staff were very concerned and helpful. They were fast to respond and support but I feel attention needed in this area
