Dmitry met us at the property the minute we arrived, Property is well maintained and it has lots of equipment, if you are cooking in the apartment, Location and view are excellant

La ubicación, al lado de la playa y del centro. El apartamento muy con todas las comodidades, incluso sillas y sombrilla para la playa, un gran acierto.

Que no tiene ascensor y el apartamento está en un 4 piso.

The only good thing about this apartment is its location.

There are list of things that we didn't like. This was not our first stay in the region, just in Feb we stayed few apartments away on the same 1st line and it was lot better handled ... 1. They allowed us in early because the unit was not rented before, that was lovely. When we arrived the house was not clean at all, beds were not done, balcony and saloon and dining table full of thick dust, 2. The lady who met us, opened the locked room, to give us the bedding and showed the bucket for us to clean ! We said we are not there to clean but for holiday, in the end we left and she dusted and made the beds. 3. They left one (1) loo roll for three people for a week stay!, hand wash finished the day after no renewal, nothing was sufficient, 4. No toaster, no proper oven, just two hobs which you cant fit two pans at the same time... 5. One of balcony chairs gave up when our 7yold sat on it luckily she was fine... 6. Fridge is so small you cant put enough drinks or fresh food in, kitchen is not a kitchen it's a corner .. you can not cook in it.. 7. Upstairs theres a lady every day 8am walks around with heels, generally very noisy building 8. In front there's rubbish collection point they come for it very frequently very early am. 9. Not enough towels not enough bedding. 10. Like all other 1 line apartments theres sewage smell which is awful, 11. Hot water doesnt allow two people to shower one after other you have to wait in between... Long story short theres potential but maintaned at minimum standards definitely doesn't worth the money, Theres no need to pay premium for this for summer as it would be hard to climb up 4 full flight of staircase ...
