PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The attractive property with 8 apartments and holiday homes for 2-5 people in 2 adjacent houses is located in the popular holiday resort of Duce, very close to Omis. The extensive sandy beach of Duce is right next to the house and attracts families with children in particular. A pedestrian underpass allows carefree and safe access to the beach, directly from the property.
The extensive, approx. 3000 m² private property offers plenty of space to play, as well as a large, shady parking lot for 16 cars. Trailers, boats, etc. can also be parked here. Various Mediterranean plants adorn the garden area. An impressive row of palm trees runs parallel to the road. An outdoor grill is also available to guests of the house.
A free boat mooring (buoy - use at your own risk) is available. Prior reservation is necessary.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge and on request. Olive oil, figs and wine are produced on site.
The approximately 450 m² main house (House 1) houses the apartments A1, A4, A5, A7 and A9. The smaller house 2, which is located right next door, contains the apartments A10, A11 and A12. All apartments are air-conditioned, offer free internet access (Wi-Fi), have satellite TV and, with the exception of A1, all have a balcony or terrace with a beautiful sea view.
Within a radius of 300 m you will find several restaurants, a beach cafe, water sports rental, a small supermarket and various leisure activities for young and old. The beach is particularly suitable for children as the water depth only increases gradually and there are no strong currents.
