Second floor offers four bedrooms with 1) bunk bed 2) two twin 2) queen 4) full. Shared-driveway with parking for three cars. Two sets of staircases lead to large dock with ladder and stairs. Please note there is a 10 foot retaining wall on the property (see photos) therefore this property may not be suitable for young children. Backyard features two picnic tables, grill, and firepit. Two kayaks available for rent at an additional charge. Walk to two town beaches, Mill Park Falls, library, antique store, market, post office, tennis courts and Adirondack Folk School.

Nearby activities include horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting, lazy river tubing, mini-golf, parasailing, Lake Luzerne Music Center, Fort William Henry Museum, Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park, Factory Outlets of Lake George, Waterslide World, Prospect Mountain and Mini Ha Ha Steamboat Cruise. Fifteen minutes from Lake George. Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Race Track are only a half hour away.

Please note there is a shared driveway with house next door. There are fans but no air-conditioning and a 10 foot retaining wall on the property (see photos); therefore this property may not be suitable for young children. Stays must be Saturday to Saturday. A lease will be emailed after booking is complete. Reservation isn't finalized until lease is signed and returned.
