Das Objekt ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einige Erneuerung, Verschönerung vertragen. Wohnzimmer war okay, Schlafzimmer ,Bad und Küche sehr klein und alt. Auch der Balkon lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Mit ein bisschen Mühe, könnte man den schöner gestalten.Wenn man überhaupt keine Ansprüche stellt , kann man 1 Woche dort verbringen, mehr nicht. Mit der Betreuung durch die Vermieterin waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Gute freundliche Kommunikation technisch alles in Ordnung bis auf Hinweis zu wlan tolle Gegend 3 min bis an den Strand wo man alles findet um erholsamen Urlaub zu machen …..gastro top Geschäfte launige Bierlokale Strandkörbe alles reichlich vorhanden

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Grömitz und ist ca. 100 m vom Strand entfernt.
Also ideal um direkt zum Strand zu gehen oder am Deich Fahrrad zu fahren.
Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, ist sauber und sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern.
Wir waren 7 Tage in Grömitz und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
