About this apartment rental

The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of a small apartment building. Both the living room and the bedroom are flooded with light. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90x200, adjustable slatted frame, spring mattress), bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
In the living room there is a corner sofa with a sleeping function, coffee table, sideboard, LED TV (DVB-T), music system and a comfortable armchair with a small table. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small built-in line, dining area (table with chairs), stove with oven and ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The living room, the bedroom and the hallway are covered with laminate.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll minimalistisch eingerichtet. Minuspunkte wären ein fehlender Balkon und die nicht immer zuverlässige Abstellmöglichkeit für ein Fahrzeug.

Persönlich haben wir leider unsere Vermieterin nicht angetroffen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bad reichte aus, wird im November saniert. Persönlich hatten wir ein paar Probleme mit den Matratzen, die uns zu weich waren. Danke für den Aufenthalt

Sauber voll ausgestattet und zwar so das es keine Wuensche ueberig liess, magische Haltestellen bis Hbf,Vermieter/in n unaufdringlicher Sonnenschein..Whg lichtdurchflutet..hab 1 mal die Fenster geputzt,aber das war wetterbedingt,top ! Wohnhaus mit einem romantischen Eingang,Rosen,gepflegten Garten,Rasen,sichtschuetzende Hecken,Garten hinten mit viel Farngewaechsen,Baeumen und nicht zu spiessigen Blumen veredelten nochmals die Aussicht aus der 2 Etg.Man sieht und schaetzt es als Gast sehr wenn das drumherum mit Fleiss gehegt und fleissig gepflegt wird.Wahlruhrpoettlerin dachte tuerlichst ueber Eroeffung ner Trinkhalle nach,weit und breit konsumfrei..kein Baecker oder Nachtkiosk..hab es genossen das mein konsumdruckbeladener Grossstadtpartner mir und der Natur ausgeliefert war.Freundliche,beschwingende Menschen getroffen.Bad koennte renoviert werden ist jedoch sauber und zweckmaessig noch ok.Ruhige Nachbarn kein Non Stop Party Laerm..oder aufsteigenden Grillduft in der Nase,ueberhaupt..Ruhe hab ich sehr genossen und auch den naheliegenden Wald ernergetisch genutzt.Einen vollmondigen Gruss verbunden mit einen Dankeschoen soll “Tante Geade“ erreichen.Glueck auf und toi,toi,toi

im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, komplett ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nicht weit in die Stadt. Besonders hat mir gefallen, daß die kleinen Dinge wie Spülmittel, Salz und Pfeffer bereits vorhanden waren und nicht mitgeschleppt oder gekauft werden mussten. Empfehlenswert!
