Расположение, вид на реку и ночной город, интерьер, есть всё необходимое.

Прекрасне місцерозташування. Поряд магазини/аптеки/зупинки громадського транспорту. Під будинком безкоштовна парковка, місць вистачає. Заселили раніше, і виїхали пізніше 🫰🏼 Комфортно для проживання вдвох декілька днів. Є столові прибори/каструлі/сковорідка/чайник/плитка. Ванна кімната досить таки простора. Є фен. Гладильна доска/праска. Підлога з підігрівом та кондиціонер.
Трохи треба попрацювати над прибиранням. В принципі квартира чиста, але певні недоліки все ж таки були.

VERY well appointed little apartment, fridge, microwave, wash machine in the hallway, lots of dishes, metal utensils, a pot and pan, so excellently furnished for practically everything you need. Large bed, two regular chairs and a soft chair, a small table. Good location, stores and a market right next door. The apartment is in a high-rise, very quiet here (2nd floor).
Not much not to like. The bed was, perhaps, not firm enough. One thing was that it wasn't clear from the start that there are no signs of a hotel or apartments for rent or even a sign of "Doba in UA", you have to find and see the not-so-large sign which says"Luhovska255." The drains in the wash basin and the shower were clogged.

Все сподобалось, все зручно
Не чиста постільна білизна, плями помаранчеві, дуже синтетична постіль і візуально брудна софа, потрібна хімчистка та придбати нові комплекти постільного бо плями вже не відіпруться судячи з усього. Просила заміну, а принесли теж з плямами просто менше(
$$$$
