In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis, central heating system. Shopping centre 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes, ski rental, ski school, sled run 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Hiking paths: Parc National de la Vanoise. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Nice apartment with great facilities, more modern than other apartments, and excellent location, however the apartment was not clean when we arrived (e.g., dirty floors throughout and heavily stained mattresses and duvet)

Tres bon emplacement au pied des pistes, le matelas du canapé lit n’est pas des plus confortable mais le studio est bien conforme à la description.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et bien situé. Mais le lit en 140x190 est horrible. Très inconfortable et déformé donc impossible de dormir à deux. Notre séjour en couple s'est donc fait dans les lits gigogne...... donc très déçu car séjour en couple sans les enfants. Qualité du ménage à revoir. Zone très bruyante pour un séjour en couple, de nombreuses soirées très tardives (4h du mat') gâchent les journées de ski.
