Super lokacija, v mestu. Dostopno s kolesom. Prostor za kolesa na dvorišču. Privatno parkirišče za avto ( se zaklene). Mirna okolica. Velika kopalnica z bidejem in tušem. Zastonj klima. WiFi v sobi, ki kar dobro dela. - Kuhinja zelo slabo opremeljena. Ena močno spraskana ponev. Nobene skodelice za kosmiče.
Ena sama bralna lučka, pa še ta neuporabna. Posteljnina in brisače se menjajo 1 x tedensko. V stanovanju je vroče. S klimo se hitro shladi, takoj ko jo ugasneš je spet vroče.
