The bright, newly furnished and renovated in 2012 apartment is located in a sousterrain 2Familienhauses in a quiet residential area near Westpark. The approximately 40 square meters large apartment has an entrance hall with storage space for suitcases etc. and a cloakroom area with a large mirror, a modern, spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, bath / shower and toilet and a bright, combined living room / bedroom with integrated kitchen and eating bar. The living room / bedroom is modernly furnished with 2 single beds, a TV couch, extra folding bed for a third person, a wardrobe, TV with Telekom Entertain program, radio with CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped including 2 E-burner stove with dust suction, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes. The windows can be darkened light-tight if necessary.
All business daily needs sowei various bars are located within walking distance
Wi-Fi and LAN (VDSL 50000) can be used free of charge. Washing machine (coins) and dryer and ironing room of the landlord can be used. Car parking space at home and always sufficient public parking.
In the center you can get to the subway line U5 (stop Friedenheimerstr.) Or Tram line 18 (stop Säulingstr.) Within 25 minutes. For an evening stroll, offers the Westpark.
The owners live in the house and will be happy to help and advice. Any potential minor problems can thus be solved as soon as possible.

Love this location in Laim! An easy walk to the #51 bus, to the U5 underground and to the #18 tram. Also to Westpark and Laimerplatz. This flat is very clean and comes well equipped. It's located in a quiet area with little traffic noise and yet the city center is within easy reach. The onsite owners are considerate and helpful hosts with good English skills. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Malihe und Albert sind super Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir durften zu dritt drei Wochen in ihrer Wohnung verbringen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist schön eingerichtet. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Malihe & Albert auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! :-)

Wir wohnten 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschäfte wie Rewe, Netto oder Tengelmann sind fußläufig zu erreichen, sowie die Ubahn. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles :-)

Wir waren mit 3 Personen 4 Tage in München und mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Auto konnten wir vor dem Haus abstellen und haben es die 4 Tage nicht mehr benötigt. Zur U-Bahn sind es ca.800 m, die U-Bahn fährt alle 10 min und in 12 min. ist man in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung gut und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
