About this villa rental
This beautiful villa with pool is located in the small, enchanting town of Medulin, only 500 meters from the sea. The villa has large living area with kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and an extra bed, as well as 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning.
A total of up to 10+2 people will find space in this beautiful villa. There are also 2 terraces on the ground floor and 2 balconies on the upper floor, which are equipped with table and chairs.
Outside there is a beautiful, private pool (8,50x4,00x1,50), which is only for you and where you can refresh yourself at any time. Sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a barbecue complete the outdoor area and ensure cozy, shared hours.
In addition, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, living room with LCD TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is free. The fenced garden and private parking on the property provide enough privacy to make your holiday as quiet as possible outside the city.
This place is ideal for families with children and couples who seek relaxation in tranquility and unspoiled nature, but still want to be within easy reach to the city center. It is a perfect place to take a break from your busy life.
This place is also an ideal starting point for a visit to the major tourist destinations around the Istrian peninsula, such as. B. Pula. Medulin is located in the southern part of Istria in Bijeca bay. The beaches in Medulin are made of gravel and concrete, and most famous sandy beach Bijeca is located in this bay. This is a "children's beach", the entrance to the sea is very shallow and therefore suitable for children.
The shop is located 5 minutes walk from the house, but also banks and restaurants. The beach is far away 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. On the beach only for our guests private canopies are available (extra costs).
