About this apartment rental

The separate apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. It is newly renovated and has a living / bedroom with kitchenette, shower / WC and a patio. Directly in front of the house there is a bus stop and the motorway exit Buochs-south A2 Basel-Chiasso. Nearly every summit is accessible by a cable car and Lake Lucerne invites you to a relaxing boat trip.

The apartment was small, but well stocked with towels and kitchen items.. and coffee pellets. The best thing about the place is the view of lake and alps. And the patio with table where we could sit for meals or aperitif. Very fine visit.. gondola and boat ride were fantastic too!

The location of the property cannot be downplayed one bit. It is 15 minutes from downtown Lucerne and the entire area has SO MUCH to do; skiing, gondola rides, boating across Lake Lucerne, railways, ect! This part of the apartment is on the lower half, so visitors stay above you. This was fine until we realized that we could hear the upstairs visitors' conversations perfectly via a duct in the wall; this was a little awkward. The apartment seemed to be clean and maintained but there are a few quirks; like a privacy screen on the bathroom window that doesn't extend the entire window so there is a clear shot to the downstairs neighbors yard. For the location and price, it was a steal! We enjoyed our time and felt comfortable at this rental.

This property was perfect for me as someone travelling on my own. Somewhere private to unwind after long days walking in the mountains. It was quiet and had wonderfull views of the lake and mountains opposite from a lovely little garden with a pond. I enjoyed having my meals outside at a table on the patio. The kitchen was well equipped and had a very efficient oven. It had everything I needed to make my stay there comfortable and relaxing.

The place has everything you need. An absolute beautiful location with a breathtaking view(make sure to go paddleboarding ). The owner was very generous, made sure everything was ok, even picked us up on our way there. Bus stop right outside so traveling for sights is quite simple. Great experience and we will be back.

Excellent apartment, just outside Buochs. We had the ground floor. All looked very new and was very clean and fully equipped. Sleeping on a good bed couch. Parking nearby the apartment. We found Buochs nicely situated, especially if you consider hiking/biking activities. In Beckenried next to Buochs you can take a ferry to cross the Vierwaldstattersee and visit Gersau or even Luzern by boat.

Schöne Lage am Vierwaldstättersee. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Für Gäste ohne Auto: Bushaltestelle wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Schlüsselwalter Herr Barmettler ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist für einen kurz Besuch sehr schön. Sie ist leider sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Hat einen sehr großen Renovierungsstau. Sie müsste einmal komplett überholt werden. Diese Wohnung war sauber. Aber handwerklich nicht sehr schön gemacht. Man hätte einen Seeblick gehabt. Wenn der Garten gepflegt worden wäre. Und die Sträucher kurz gehalten wären. Eine Unfall Quelle ist der Gehweg zur Wohnung dieser sollte schnellstens überarbeitet werden. Wenn die Bauarbeiten neben an abgeschlossen sind wäre es sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit man kann sehr viel aus dieser Wohnung machen da diese sehr zentral gelegen ist. Wir müssen aber hinzu sagen dass wir Fußgänger waren also auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen waren. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in Ordnung aber weit weg (zu Fuß).

Erstens bin ich sehr beeindruckt gewesen mit der Professionalität und Freundlichkeit von Herrn Barmettler bei der Wohnungsübernahme-abgabe. Die kleine Wohnung wie beschrieben ist sehr gut geeignet für zwei Personen, alles Nötige ist vorhanden und gleichzeitig ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich werde sie jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Ferienwohung sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Betten waren sehr gut, in der Küche alles Nötige vorhanden und der Vermieter war sehr hilfbereit und zuverlässig. Allerdings gab es durch den nebenan entstehenden Neubau tagsüber Baulärm.

Wir haben unsere Ferien hier sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen! + nahe von See (schöne Promenade inkl. Badeplatz), Städtchen (mit allem wo man braucht), Luzern + sehr freundliche Vermieter + helle, gemütliche Wohnung + schöner Sitzplatz mit Teich und Pflanzen + Vergünstigungskarte für Ausflugsziele und Bergbahnen für alle Bewohner + viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - mangelnde Austattung (Küchenutensilien) - heikle Leute würden es vielleicht als etwas schmuddelig bezeichnen - bei uns hat das mit dem eigenen Parkplatz nicht geklappt, aber wir konnten problemlos beim nahen Hotelparkplatz parken - zusätzliche Kosten etwas hoch - Verkehrslärm bei geöffneten Fenster Tipp: Besucht unbedingt die für touristen eher unbekannte Riseltenschlucht! Ein Traumhafter Uferweg führt zu idyllischen Badeplätzchen, Dinosaurierspuren und einem Wasserfall.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Badegelegenheit direkt am See möglich ohne Auto erreichbar super! Die eigentlich schöne Gartenanlage mit angelegtem Biotop könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Grundsätzlich muss auch ein Naturgarten dann und wann gepflegt werden. Frisches Wasser nachlassen für die Goldfische bei länger anhaltender Wärme nicht vergessen. Man könnte aus der Wohnung ein Bijou machen. Klein aber fein wäre dann das Motto! Anderseits muss man sagen, dass der Preis für Schweizerverhältnisse in Ordnung ist. Was unbedingt zu verbessern ist, dass der Balkon der direkt über dem Sitzplatz ist, von unten her fachgerecht verkleidet werden sollte, was den Balkonboden anbelangt.

Die Einraumwohnung ist etwas lieblos gestaltet und es mangelte an kleinen Reparaturen, jedoch nach 2 Tagen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt und die ganze Umgebung inclusive öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindungen in Zusammenhang mit dem Tell-Pass entschädigen für alles. Dafür war die Wohnung auch sehr preiswert und in der Küche alles vorhanden. Schön war es die Terrasse zu nutzen, auch wenn sich die die Unterkunft zwischen zwei Hauptstraßen befindet. kurz und gut: ein toller abwechslungsreicher Urlaub

Have had a lovely stay here. The apartment is quite small, but certainly big enough for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Bathroom is basic, but clean as well. Just be careful with the toilet seat lid as it keeps falling down. Bed is a sofa bed in the livingroom which is quite hard, but it didn't bother me. Curtains are very light though, so in summer it's very bright, very early. Lovely little garden with nice views on the lake. The apartment might not be suitable for people who have trouble walking. You have to get down a few steps and parking is a short walk away as the area the apartment is in is a no parking area. The grassy beach at the lake is a few minutes walk away and so is the busstop. There is some streetnoise, but the highway, which goes behind the house can't be heard. It's just the traffic between the villages you hear, so at night it's limited.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt toll. Leider gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt trüben. Zum ersten wäre ein WC Sitz der nicht ständig herunterfällt wirklich Gold wert. Egal ob beim kleinen oder großen Geschäft, ständig knallt einem der Deckel gegen den Rücken. Da wir nachts angereist sind habe ich ziemlich lange gebraucht die Wohnung zu finden. Das Haus hat nämlich zwei Eingänge und erstmal keine Beleuchtung. Als dritten und letzten Punkt muss ich das Bett ansprechen. Eigentlich ist es ein Schlafsofa das so hart ist, das nur ehemalige Häftlinge das bequem finden können :) Wir fanden es sehr wirklich schlimm. Ansonsten tolle Lage, sehr sauber, ein Grill steht bereit uvm.
