About this villa rental
Our house "Suerte al Sur" is located in the north of Fuerteventura on the colored mountains "Montana Colorada" with the volcano Calderon Hondo. The property has a size of 3000 sqm and is beautifully planted.
On a floor area of 230m2 there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A bathroom in addition to the shower room with a bathtub. A large living room with comfortable sofas and a light-flooded Arabic room.
There is also a small oven for heating in case it is really too cold in winter. From here you can also reach the west facing terrace, which invites you to a "sundowner".
The kitchen is generously designed and equipped.
The courtyard is partially covered (sun protection) and there is a heated swimming pool.
Features include a large TV in the living room and a TV in a bedroom, each with
DVD. WiFi, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, pizza oven, microwave and various kitchen appliances, large fridge-freezer
Combination. Weber gas grill in the courtyard. For golf fans there is a small golf course in the garden with artificial turf. In the annex there is a small fitness room with a treadmill and strength trainer.

After 150 meters, at the end of the street, the nature reserve begins. From there you can take very nice hikes or mountain bike tours to the volcanoes.
It is about 1.5 km to Lajares. There are restaurants, small cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets etc.
Corralejo in the east with its beautiful dunes and beaches is about 10 km away.
6 km to the west is El Cotillo with also very beautiful beaches and a breathtaking cliff.
The surf spots on the north coast are among the best on earth.

Dear Mr. Kreft: We had another wonderful vacation in Fuerteventura and at your house. We felt right at home again. As usual, communication was excellent. Everything was also very clean. We hope to stay soon in Suerte al Sur again for our next vacation.

Like last year, we had a wonderful stay at Suerte al Sur. The vacation home is beautiful. We love Lajares and Fuerteventura in general and will be happy to come back. Many thanks to the host.

Lovely quiet villa, very well equipped, beds very comfy. We did use the washing machine which clearly had'nt been used for a while as during and after there was a distinct unpleasant drain odour, and we used up the water allocation for that day. So could'nt shower (the owner did warn us of the water limit per day!). Overall though we would come back!

Very friendly owner and well equipped villa with everything you need for a family stay. Would have liked a couple more sun loungers, the little ones loved the pool. We had a wonderful stay thanks Matthias.
