About this house rental
Separate log/board-clad holiday home located in Suovaara, Sotkamo (approximately 20 km from Vuokatti), set in the peaceful courtyard of an organic farm, atop a hill 240 meters high. The courtyard and the windows of the holiday home offer stunning views of Vuokatti and the traditional Kainuu hill landscapes.
The accommodation is on the ground floor of the holiday home, approximately 80 m², featuring a spacious, bright combined kitchen/living room with a baking oven and wood stove. There are sofa beds in the living room that can be used as additional sleeping places for 2 guests. There is one bedroom with separate beds for 2 people (2 x 80 cm). The property includes a sauna with an electric stove, a shower, and a dressing area. There is a separate toilet, a terrace, and a porch.
The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, televisions, and a central vacuum cleaner. For children, there is a crib, a high chair, and a potty.
In the courtyard, there is a playhouse.
A gas grill is available during the summer.
