Tastefully decorated, the bedrooms are spread out, two full bathrooms and great roof top view.
It took us three hours to get in, the owner apparently didn’t communicate with the housekeeper and the property wasn’t cleaned. We called three times and messaged on the Booking app but there was no response. There are ants everywhere especially in the main bedroom and bathroom. The house wasn’t clean, we actually had to buy bleach and clean the bathroom properly.

The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. A great view from the terrace.
The downstairs bedroom was very cold. There was a gas fireplace but no instructions on how or if we should use it. I informed the owner and was assured this would be addressed in the future.

Favorite part of the house was the kitchen and terrace. Kitchen is very bright which we loved in the mornings. We hung out in the kitchen most of the time. The apartment is small and a bit shabby but fine for a few days stay - we stayed 6 days. Nice Walk to centro. And plenty of small tiendas on the way there.
This is not a 3 bedroom apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. (First and 2nd floors) One of the couches is a futon. The 1/2 bathroom in the kitchen had a funky smell. I think it was coming from the sink drain. If you keep the door closed you can’t smell much. The shower on the second floor bathroom was clogged up so we just used the shower on the first floor. The apartment needs some repairs like replacing the toilet seat in the 3rd floor - 1/2 bathroom.
