Nulla, tutto perfetto.

La casa è una bellissima villa con un grande giardino sul retro, divisa in appartamenti più piccoli (da stanze a appartamenti più grandi). Abbiamo alloggiato in due nell’appartamento con cucina. All’interno è possibile parcheggiare la macchina e le notti son tranquille e silenziose, tutte le finestre son dotate di zanzariere e scuri e l’arredamento è nuovo e funzionale.

Davide è stato sempre disponibile in ogni momento da prima dell'arrivo a dopo la partenza. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le richieste fatte da noi, ed è stato in grado di soddisfare immediatamente le richieste. Nei momenti in cui lui era non disponibile, Giusy lo ha sostituito prontamente garantendo un servizio impeccabile e perfetto in ogni suo momento. La dimensione della stanza era grande, nonostante fossimo in tre persone. La pulizia della stanza e del bagno è impeccabile.

We chose this place mainly because of its excellent value for money, and since we had our own car, the location worked perfectly for us. We stayed for 11 days, and the experience genuinely exceeded our expectations. The first thing that impressed us was how clean, well-maintained and welcoming everything was. The garden is beautifully arranged, full of palm trees, greenery, exotic plants and fruit trees, and the whole property feels peaceful and very well cared for. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It had a large refrigerator, all the basic cooking utensils we needed, a gas stove, and air conditioning in every room. The owners were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. What is worth mentioning is that this does not feel like staying in someone’s private home. It is a professionally organised holiday property with several apartments of different sizes, a shared private parking area, a lovely enclosed garden and very convenient access. When we arrived, we even found cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge together with some local crunchy snacks, which was a really thoughtful and welcoming touch. During our stay, our towels were replaced and we were also offered apartment cleaning, which is particularly appreciated when staying for more than a week. The location is also excellent. The neighbourhood is very quiet and feels completely safe. Surano town centre is within easy walking distance, and during our stay we experienced some fantastic local evening festivals and traditional events there. The surrounding towns are also very easy to reach. By car, it takes approximately 20–40 minutes to reach beautiful beaches on both sides of Salento – the Adriatic coast to the east and the Ionian coast to the west, as well as the southern tip of the Italian “heel”. The beaches in this part of Puglia are absolutely beautiful, and getting around by car is very easy.

If I had to nitpick, the large double bed was big but still comfortable (7.5–8/10), and the children were very satisfied with theirs.
