I liked the location, it was very good for walking to the main plaza and with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious enough and the beds comfortable. The gardens of the hotel were very nice and there was a nice pool. Around the pool were many tables, chairs and loungers, which were perfect for relaxing in the sun in the afternoon. The towels were really nice! Hot shower!

Nothing major. The shower sprayed water onto the floor, but that was not a big issue. The outside of the rooms was a bit dated and could have used a paint job.

It is very good for what you pay. The Staff has a very good attitude.

The theme (decoration, landscape, etc). The welcoming of the Staff.

You can hear all the noise from the halls, doors, people at the lobby, etc. The parking space is not enough for the amount of cars in use. The fan in my room was broken and they couldn't fix it. Lucky me the night got cold enough to have a good sleep.

No vayan a este hotel si se quieren bañar.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, y pues el hotel es bonito.

Nos dieron como 20min de agua caliente, y para eso tardaron mas de 3 horas en resolverlo. No nos querian dar una solución ni darnos el rembolso porque estuvimos a nada de irnos a buscar otro hotel, solo nos decian perdon pero no podemos hacer nada, no prendieron los calentadores, y otros huespedes igual se estaban quejando de lo mismo y ellos llevaban mas tiempo reclamando el agua caliente. Por lo que vi en otros comentarios de hace mas de un año es una constante en ellos, no creo lo solucionen.

No hay lampara de buró. Si abres las cortinas no hay privacidad. Difícil estacionarse xq no hay suficiente lugar. Por eso me pareció caro

sin desayuno no sabía que tenían desayuno ubicación muy buena

muy poca presión del agua en regaderas y no estaría mal colocar trampas para mosquitos al igual que clima en habitaciones
