Lovely house perfect for family trip.
Upstairs water takes a long time to get warm but you can work around that

I loved that it was far enough away from traffic to get a peaceful stay but close enough to walk to get coffee! Large enough to accommodate our needs and small enough to feel cosy.
The creaking floor boards made it tricky to tiptoe around at night but that can’t be helped due to the nature of the house. Also maybe having an optional baby gate for the top of the stairs- purely for safety in an unfamiliar setting.

The Gingerbread house was clean and big enough for a family of 4. It had everything that you needed for a short getaway. The house also has great heating to keep you warm and comfortable during winter. Located approx 45mins from Falls Creek it’s the perfect location if you are heading up to the snow. Close by to ski hire, restaurants and the local grocery store. Lyn the property owner was also lovely to deal with.
