Residence Green Terraces is located in the spa Kolobrzeg, near Seaside Park, just 500 meters from the sea, is a modern building with elevator, fitness room, monitoring 24. Interesting are the beautiful scenic terraces on the roof of the building. These are areas for guests. Especially in the summer they are attractive, because we here in the lounger a good time together.
Cozy, comfortable apartment (about 34m2) with 2 rooms suitable for 4 persons, located on the first floor, consisting of:
- Living Room, where there is a bed 2-seater sofa, small coffee table, TV, cable TV and Bluray player and intercom opening exterior doors;
- Fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, cutlery, etc. The kitchen has a table and chair set;
- Bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) and commode. There is second TV and aircondition in the bedroom;
- Bathroom, which includes shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, cotton towels and a washing machine;
- Balcony overlooking the inner green terraces with little table and 2 chairs.
The building is available for residents (free), a really well-equipped fitness room.
With a discreet, 24-hours monitoring of the entire complex will feel really safe here.
In addition to the complex runs a beautiful avenue of beech with bicycle paths, connecting our apartment with seaside promenade, thus running the green bike lanes in the direction of the port and the coastal area of Kolobrzeg beautiful bird nature reserve .
