Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of Unesco).
This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, Sat/tv, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk.

Good location close to the old town. Has a nice balcony with a sea view. Not close to the water. Kitchen utensils were adequate but not stocked with any extras. Beds are very comfortable. This place was a little small for two couples. I would recommend it for a family of four.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet (fast alles weiß) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Da lässt sich wunderbar chillen und es gibt sehr viel natürlichen Schatten durch Pflanzen.
Die Wohnung liegt auf einer kleinen Insel vor Trogir. Die Auffahrt dorthin ist etwas tricky, da steil und kurvig, doch man kriegt den Bogen raus. In der Nähe gibt es Supermarkt etc., auch der Ortsstrand kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, ist aber nicht der schönste, den die kleine Insel zu bieten hat. Man kann auch von dort nach Trogir laufen über den Berg, ca. 1,3 km. Trotzdem ist ein Auto nicht schlecht, es bietet einfach mehr Möglichkeiten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist leider etwas dunkel, vor zwei Fenstern steht eine Mauer, wenn man die Fenster öffnet mieft es etwas. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist etwas muffig, wahrscheinlich Wasserschaden. Im Bad ist kein Fenster, das wussten wir auch vorher, leider auch kein anderer Abzug. Wir mussten nach den Duschen und auch anderen Geschäften die Tür auflassen zum Lüften. Das hat uns besonders gestört. Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig, jeden Schritt etc. der Nachbar bekommt man mit. Die Nächte waren nicht gerade erholsam. Die Wohnung kann man nicht als gemütlich bezeichnen, eher das Gegenteil. Die Stadt Trogir ist wirklich schön und der Reise wert. Der Strand in Okrug Gornij ist wirklich schön. Parkgebühr 60 Kuna für den Tag, Liegen und Sonnenschirme gegen Gebühr zwischen je 30 und 50 Kuna.
