About this house rental
Ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Léon (Vielle beach) and its nautical activities, gîte renovated in 2018 comprising on the ground floor:
- a living room with sofa, table, chairs, TV and INTERNET access (wifi),
- a fully equipped and fitted independent kitchen: electric pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 3 ceramic hobs, etc ...,
- bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140x190 and chest of drawers,
- a bathroom with shower, single sink, storage column and washing machine,
- an independent toilet.
Upstairs :
- bedroom 2 with 1 bed 140x190 (which can be transformed into 2 beds 70x190),
- corridor with built-in cupboard,
- bedroom 3 with 1 140x190 bed, a travel cot and built-in cupboard.
Equipment: TV, INTERNET access by wifi, board games, books, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine, 3 ceramic hobs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, garden, deckchairs, electric BBQ, gas plancha, parasol, etc ...
On the shores of Lake Leon, Vielle beach and in the immediate vicinity of cycle tracks to reach the ocean (Lette Blanche beach) located 5 kms away.
Walk in the forest from the cottage. Restaurants, mini-golf nearby. Lake with its nautical activities: pedal boats, windsurfing, swimming, paddle, etc ...

PAYABLE AND OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Sheet kit for 1 double bed: € 15
- Sheets kit for 1 single bed: 10 €
- Towel kit (1 large + 1 small): € 10
- Kit 2 tea towels: 2 €
- Baby cot: FREE
- End of stay cleaning: 80 €
- Tourist tax for adults from 18 years: € per day / adult
Security deposit of € 500 to be deposited on arrival by check or to be paid directly via ABRITEL.
Arrival: from 4 p.m. (notify in case of late arrival)
Departure: no later than 10:00 a.m. (set a departure time 24 to 48:00 before departure)

Only stayed for 2 nights on our way back to the UK. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Good very secure garden for our dog. Very close to walk to the lake and the whole area we found is very nice.
