About this house rental
We offer you our beautiful detached house completely renovated in June 2018 ideally located at the foot of the typical and picturesque port of Cotinière on the west coast of the island of Oléron, the beach, the bike paths, for 6 people maximum.
The house is located in a dead end, without any opposite and nuisance, you will enjoy an Olympian calm while being two minutes walk from restaurants, the beach, the port and all amenities. It has a large outdoor terrace with charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha as well as a patio and a tarmac courtyard where you can park up to 4 vehicles as well as a closed garage.
The house is a cocoon out of sight with an enclosed outdoor space where children can play safely.
You will find in the village many restaurants, shops, stores, mini-market, butcher's shop, bakeries, press, without forgetting the market every morning, fish market every day, fun fair (July and August), bicycle rental, shuttle bus beaches.
The house has 135 m² of living space, with a very large living room, dining room and a large games room, 2 fully equipped bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, dressing room and king size beds of 160 x 200 , a bedroom with two single beds and large walk-in closet, a large new fully equipped and fitted kitchen as well as a utility room, a veranda with sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a separate toilet with hand basin.
An additional shower and toilet are installed in the garage for beach returns.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for the period from June to September and include cleaning, bed linen and towels.
You are greeted on your arrival and departure by the person who takes care of our house.

Maison très agréable décorée avec beaucoup de goût, bien située à l'entrée de
La Cotinière. Néanmoins la maison est imparfaitement équipée (Manque de temps suite aux récents travaux de rénovation?). J' ai d'ailleurs transmis une longue liste à l'attention de la propriétaire afin qu'elle remédie à quelques lacunes qui pourront vite être comblées pour les prochains séjours. Nous garderons cependant un excellent souvenir de nos vacances à l'île d'Oléron.
