About this villa rental
It is a villa with 10 rooms, 5 bathrooms, an additional toilet, large garden area with terrace and a new swimming pool with stairs, for easy entry.
Here is some general information about the house and the surrounding area.
The house has 2 levels.
Ground floor:
5 rooms (3 double rooms, 2 small rooms + 1 salon. (2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 separate toilet)
1. Floor:
4 rooms (3 double rooms, 1 smaller room (3 bathrooms with toilets)
The house is in Rincon de la Victoria at the end of town. It is very calm.
Rincon de la Victoria is approximately 25 KM from Malaga city.
You can either take the motorway towards Malaga or drive along the coastal road.
The journey time to the city is around 20 minutes - Malaga Airport is around 25 minutes away. I would call Rincon de la Victoria a typical small town in Andalusia.
There is a golf club 1.5 KM from the house. Approximately There are tennis courts 1 km away.
A fitness studio is also about 1.5 km away.
National tourism prevails over international national tourism.
Large supermarkets (Mercadona) are about 1-2 kilometers away in both directions.
You can place orders online there and Mercadona can also deliver purchases on request.
There are numerous beach bars on the beach. There you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas at reasonable prices.
If you want to go to the city of Rincon de la Victoria, the journey takes about 5 minutes.
There are bus stops on the street in the immediate vicinity of the house. These run every half hour to Malaga city.
At the front of the house is the pool and a large barbecue grill.
At the back of the house is a garden with a terrace and sea views.
There is also a gate with direct beach access.
Malaga is the gateway to the Costa del Sol in Andalusia.
You can easily reach all Andalusian attractions by car. But plan a day trip: there is a lot to see. The journey time to Granada (Sierra Nevada / Alhambra) is approximately 2 hours. You can go skiing and swimming in the Mediterranean on the same day. The journey time to Seville is about 2 hours / 45 minutes.
You should also expect a 2-3 hour drive to Ronda and Cordoba. (Mezquita) Do you know Gibraltar? If you prefer this trip, you will be there by car in about 2 hours. From there you could visit the surfing paradise Tarifa (with a view of Africa). This route is breathtakingly beautiful. You could visit the white Andalusian villages like Conil de la Frontera. Another Andalusian highlight is Cadiz - one of the oldest cities in Europe. That would be the Atlantic coast - the Costa de la Luz.

What an amazing place. Great for families to make happy memories which we did! Everything is near buy and the area is quiet and restful. The villa is well equipped and the beds are so comfortable. Lovely to hear the crashing waves of the sea while drifting off to sleep. Thanks to Jen for all the recommendations of the bars etc. and being so accommodating and flexible xx

Our stay was amazing. The property was exactly perfect for our family. The villa was well equipped and lacked for nothing. Jens is a dream owner. He was very responsive to questions and was personally available when requested. My family trip will be remembered forever

What an idyllic place. There were 14 family members over Christmas from 16 to 83 and there was always something for everyone. Plenty of places to lounge whether it was by the swimming pool ,the front porch or the living room. Best of all was the door straight onto the beach: one of the highlights was to just step out the door at sunset and see a wonderful sky. The owner Jens went out of his way to be accommodating, even ordering a blow-up mattress and ordering two suckling pigs in advance for us from the small bustling town of Rincon de la Victoria nearby. Two local shops easily reached via the beach and we had a great meal at a nearby beach restaurant.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would certainly come again.
