O imóvel tem uma excelente localização, bairro super agradável. Realmente como descrito pelo proprietário( Bares, Restaurantes, universidade, Padarias, Supermercado entre outros) O sistema de trasporte também funciona legal na região( táxi, Ônibus e metro), O imóvel é aconchegante, todos os itens listados na descrição do aluguel temporário foi de fato apresentado pelo proprietário, que por sinal é bem agradável e receptivo.o Apartamento é super seguro e bem localizado. Adoramos a estadia, na próxima oportunidade com certeza voltaremos! obrigada, adoramos o imóvel e a linda cidade!!

O apartamento é bem localizado e aconchegante.Bairro tranquilo,seguro e realmente próximo a padarias,supermercados,farmácias,bares e restaurantes. Em uma das ruas próximas,possui uma praça ideal para quem gosta de barzinho à noite sem precisar pegar transporte.Fácil acesso a táxi e ônibus.Aproximadamente 15min da rodoviária e mercado central de BH.De metrô é bem rapidinho,porém anda um pouco mais.Ficamos hospedadas por uma semana e o proprietário do imóvel foi bastante receptivo.Super recomendo!

Nossa estadia no apartamento foi satisfatória, pra começar é muito fácil de chegar ao apartamento; o dono é prestativo e facilita as coisas. Eramos um grupo de 6 pessoas e todos gostamos muito, a cama é igual a dos bons hotéis. Tem ponto de ônibus bem em frente e banco do Brasil ao lado, bem como uma boa padaria. Realmente é bem localizado. O bairro é agradável e muito bonito.

Estivemos hospedados no Apto por 4 dias para um congresso na Expominas. O imóvel é bem localizado, próximo de muitas agências bancárias, bares, restaurantes e padarias, é possível fazer muitas atividades a pé pela região. As camas (box) e roupas de cama são novos e confortáveis, o apto é espaçoso e possui garagem coberta, ótimo para quem prefere alugar um carro como nós para andar pela cidade. O proprietário foi atencioso e cortês desde a reserva até o check-out. Não chega a ser um ponto negativo, mas é preciso avisar aos que levam malas pesadas que o apto fica no 3º andar e não há elevador no prédio. Tivemos um problema com uma entrega pelo fato do interfone estar inoperante, mas nada que comprometesse nossa estadia. Recomendamos a quem viajar a BH.
