The apartment with a covered terrace on a former farm in a rural location, was built in 2014 in a part of the former stables on the farm. It was built with natural materials such. B. Wood fiber insulation, Cretaceous lime paints and plasters.
The studio is about 31.5 square meters, plus walk-in closet of approximately 2.5 square meters. The closet is behind the white slat door that can be seen in the photo. The bathroom is about 8 square meters in size and accessibility. Total area 42 sqm. Washing machine is available.

The car can be parked in the yard, it is about 10 m erntfernt of its receipt.
